Cookies and trackers
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Other technologies may read or write information on it. Trackers strictly necessary for the requested service and certain audience measurement tools may qualify for consent exemptions under specific conditions.
Which trackers are used?
Audience measurement does not set tracking cookies. A technical cookie may remember your opt-out choice. Forms use a session necessary for their security.

Measurement limited to website use
LOOMETIC uses Matomo on its OVHcloud hosting to measure page consultations across the French and English versions, traffic and technical performance, solely on its own behalf.
The configuration masks two bytes of IPv4 addresses and uses the masked address for geolocation. Referrer information is limited to the domain. Query parameters and fragments are removed from tracked page URLs. This code sends no user ID, form content or submitted document to Matomo.
Matomo’s CNIL restriction mode is enabled. Measurement is limited to audience statistics: no advertising profiling, cross-site tracking, combination with customer records or marketing campaign attribution. The absence of cookies does not, by itself, establish a consent exemption.
How long are statistics retained?
Raw data is deleted after 180 days. Detailed reports are deleted after 24 months. Deletion is scheduled weekly, so it may occur during the week following the threshold, subject to the scheduled tasks running correctly.
Only basic numeric metrics retained beyond this period are used to review historical audience trends. Retention periods and the need to keep data are reviewed periodically.
External links and videos
Links to LinkedIn and YouTube open third-party services. The YouTube player is loaded when you click its play button, through youtube-nocookie.com. Loading it establishes a connection with YouTube, which applies its own privacy policy.
This Matomo configuration does not constitute an assessment of these third-party services’ trackers. Trackers requiring consent must be subject to an appropriate prior choice.
Opt out of audience measurement
You can opt out of audience measurement or change your choice below. Your opt-out covers the French and English pages of this website in the browser you are using.
Loading your audience measurement preferences. If the control does not appear, your browser or an extension may be blocking it.
The cookie remembering your choice is necessary to honour it. If you delete it, use another browser or change devices, make your choice again. The tracking code also respects the “Do Not Track” signal when enabled.

This policy is updated when tools, purposes or settings change. Any use requiring consent must be preceded by a mechanism allowing visitors to accept, refuse and withdraw their choice.
