Prepare the company for textile certification
Understand how to organise a certification project, mobilise the functions concerned and translate a standard’s requirements into controlled responsibilities, practices and evidence.
Preparing for certification is not simply about gathering documents before an audit. The company must understand the targeted system, define its scope, plan the project, allocate responsibilities and embed the requirements in its operations.
Turn a standard into a company project
Textile certification involves several functions, day-to-day practices, suppliers, data and evidence. This training gives teams a shared understanding of the project and a method for organising its preparation without reducing the process to the final audit.
The training prepares the company to structure its approach. It is neither a detailed assessment of readiness, nor a support engagement, nor an internal audit; these may be provided as complementary services.
By the end of the training course, you will be able to:
Define
- Identify the main stages of the certification process.

- Identify the main conditions for project success.
Organise
