This policy explains how LOOMETIC collects and uses personal data submitted or generated when you use its website, and how you can exercise your rights.
Who processes your data?
LOOMETIC SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder and share capital of €5,000, whose registered office is at 5 impasse Serge Gainsbourg, 31700 Blagnac, France, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 109 433 524, is the controller responsible for the processing described in this policy.

What data may we collect?
Depending on how you use the website, LOOMETIC may collect:
- your identification and contact details: last name, first name, business email address and telephone number where provided;
- your professional information: organisation, role, and the teams or functions concerned;
- information relating to your request: topic, situation described, intended outcome, stage of progress, deadline and message content;
- documents that you voluntarily choose to submit through the “Tell us about your situation” form;
- technical data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website;
- traffic data once the V1 audience measurement tool has been selected and configured.
LOOMETIC asks you to provide only the information necessary to understand your request in free-text fields or attached documents, and to avoid submitting sensitive data or personal data relating to third parties unless necessary.

Documents submitted
Submitting a document is optional. Documents submitted are used solely to understand and process the request to which they relate, unless you are subsequently informed of another purpose.
Access is restricted to authorised persons and service providers who need it to process the request. LOOMETIC implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve their confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Before submitting a document, please make sure that you are authorised to provide it and any personal data it contains.
Who may access the data?
Data is accessible only to authorised persons within LOOMETIC and, to the extent necessary for their duties, to technical service providers acting on its behalf.
For V1, OVH SAS has been selected as the website host. Other technical processors — including the audience measurement solution and any services associated with the forms — will be identified and documented before going live.
LOOMETIC does not sell personal data collected through its website.
Where is the data processed?
Where possible and appropriate, LOOMETIC favours solutions that enable data to be hosted and processed within the European Union.
If a service provider were to involve the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, LOOMETIC would first verify that a GDPR-compliant transfer mechanism is in place and would inform the individuals concerned where required.
Audience measurement and trackers
For V1, LOOMETIC plans to use an audience measurement tool limited to analysing website traffic and performance. The solution will be selected and configured to minimise the data collected and, where the regulatory conditions are genuinely met, to qualify for the consent exemption applicable to certain audience measurement trackers.
If the solution ultimately selected or its configuration requires prior consent, no relevant tracker will be placed before the user has made a choice.

How do we protect the data?
LOOMETIC implements technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks, particularly for access control, confidentiality, backups, secure communications and service-provider management. These measures are reassessed as the website and the services offered evolve.
What are your rights?
Depending on the processing concerned and its legal basis, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where the applicable conditions are met, data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

If, after contacting LOOMETIC, you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés — CNIL).
Changes to this policy
This policy may change to reflect modifications to the website, the processing carried out, the service providers used or the regulatory framework. The version published on the website will be the applicable version.
